Exporting all your data

You can request a full copy of your enisa.ai data from your account settings: a person prepares it and it reaches you by email within the 30-day legal deadline set by the GDPR. By the end you will have registered the request and know when and how it will arrive.

Let us be honest up front: there is no instant download button today. Your request is registered by the application and prepared by a person, who sends you the file by email within the 30-day legal deadline set by Article 15 of the GDPR. We would rather tell you that than instantly hand you an incomplete ZIP and call it "your data".

Steps

  1. Go to app.enisa.ai → Settings → My account → Danger zone (owner or admin).
  2. Under Export my data, click Request my data.
  3. The request is registered — you will see the date on the panel itself. No need to repeat it: if you already have one in progress, the application tells you.
  4. We prepare the file and send it to your email within the 30-day deadline. Usually much sooner.

What the copy contains

What we store about your account: the account details and its companies, your documents and the content we work with from them, your analyses and applications. If you need something specific in a specific format, say so when writing to us — within reason, we try to serve it in whatever form is useful to you.

If you are going to delete the account

Request the export before the deletion executes. Account deletion has a 14-day window; once executed, there is nothing left to export.

Common issues

What if weeks have passed and I have nothing?

That should not happen within the 30-day deadline. Write to [email protected] quoting your request date (shown on the panel) and we will unblock it.

What if I only want my invoices?

No need for the full export: they are in Settings → My account → Billing → Invoices, each with a downloadable PDF.

What if I only want one document I uploaded?

Download it directly from your knowledge base; the full export is for when you want everything.
