No. enisa.ai does not use your documents or your data to train AI models: only what your task needs is sent to the AI provider, and the result comes back to your account. Here is the full explanation of what exactly happens with your content when the AI works for you.
What happens when you click "analyse" or "run"
To generate your analysis or draft your application, we send an AI model provider the content needed for that specific task: the relevant excerpts from your documents and the questions to answer. The provider processes that request and returns the result — your result. That is the entire journey of your data: it goes in to generate your answer, and the result comes back to your account.
What does not happen
- We do not train models on your content. Not our own models, not anyone else's.
- Your content does not improve other customers' answers. What the platform knows about ENISA comes from public sources verified by us, not from anyone's documents.
- Nobody "chats" with your data. The content is used inside the task you launch; it feeds no other process.
Why you can believe this
Our product lives on the trust of companies that upload their deeds and their accounts to us. The day one customer found their information in another's result, the product would be dead. Account separation (who can see your documents) is not a marketing promise: it is how the system is built, checked on every request.

So my data passes through a third party?

Can I use enisa.ai without uploading certain documents?
Yes. You decide what to upload. Bear in mind that the analysis and the drafting can only build on what you give them — the less context, the more generic the result.
What if I delete a document?
