Human review: what we check and how it works

Every enisa.ai full application includes human review: an assigned consultant reviews the file section by section and can return sections to you with comments before approving them. By the end you will know exactly what happens between pressing Enviar a revisión and the moment you can export the application.

Your application has had an assigned consultant since you bought it. Human review is the last barrier before your file reaches ENISA: we would rather return a section to you than have ENISA return it.

Sending to review

1. Complete the draft: every applicable question answered.
2. Resolve the blocking financial inconsistencies. A contradiction between two of your figures cannot reach the reviewer, and the button will tell you exactly how many remain.
3. Press Enviar a revisión in the Revisión tab or in the header. If something is missing, the refusal lists which questions — never a dead button with no explanation.
4. The status changes to En revisión (in review). We will email you when there is news.

What the consultant checks

Section by section, using the same view of the application you have:

• That every answer stands on your documents: they look at the citations and evidence labels, and distrust anything that cites nothing.
• That the answers do not contradict each other or your financial statements.
• That the figures pass the consistency checks and the whole tells a story an ENISA analyst can follow.
• The comments you left on each question.

If a section is returned

The consultant can approve each section or return it to you with a comment. If any come back:

1. The status changes to Cambios solicitados (changes requested) and you get a notification.
2. In the Revisión tab you will see which sections came back and the comment on each.
3. Fix things (editing answers, figures, or supplying the missing document) and press Enviar a revisión again.

Having a section returned is normal and is the system working: every return here is one less ground for rejection there.

When everything is approved

With every applicable section approved, the status changes to Revisada (reviewed) and export unlocks: the per-section documents, the financial statements Excel and the complete PDF. Continue in Export and file.

About timelines

Review is done by a person, and the time depends on the queue and on how much work your file needs. We do not promise a fixed turnaround; we email you on every status change, and you can always write to your consultant in Comentarios.

Common issues

What if the "Enviar a revisión" button is disabled?

Either the draft is not complete (the refusal lists the missing questions) or there are blocking financial inconsistencies (the notice says how many). Both are resolved on your side.

What if my application has been "En revisión" for days?

Write it in Comentarios mentioning your consultant: that is the channel they read, and your message stays attached to the file.
