Comments and mentions

How to comment on an application or a specific question, mention your team or your consultant with @, and mark threads as resolved.

Updated on

enisa.ai's comments are the working channel inside the application: among your team, and between you and your consultant, with @ mentions that notify by email. Everything you write is saved and tied to the application. By the end you will know how to leave comments where they belong, alert the right person, and keep the list of open topics clean.

Commenting on the application or on a specific question

  1. Open the Comentarios tab for a general comment about the application.
  2. To comment on a specific question, press Comentar on the question's own card in the Solicitud tab: Comentarios opens with the thread anchored to that question. That way "change this figure" always points at which figure.
  3. Write and send. Threads accept replies, like any conversation.

Mentioning with @

  1. Type @ in the comment box: an autocomplete appears with the people who have access to this application — nobody else can be mentioned, and nobody outside can read the comments.
  2. Pick the person from the dropdown. The mention must be selected there: typing a name by hand is just text, not a mention.
  3. On send, each mentioned person receives one email notification with a link to the thread. Several mentions of the same person in one comment are a single email.

Resolving and reopening

When a thread is settled, mark it resolved: it leaves the open filter and the list shows what is genuinely pending. If the topic comes back, it can be reopened — nothing is deleted.

One more use: your notes

Need to note context that is in no document — "the capital increase is signed in September", "the correct revenue figure is the one in the Excel"? Write it in Comentarios, anchored to the relevant question. It is saved and your consultant reads it.

Common issues

What if I cannot find a person in the @ autocomplete?

Only people with access to this application appear. Invite them first from your account settings and you will be able to mention them.

What if I mentioned someone and the notification never arrived?

Check that the mention was picked from the dropdown (it is highlighted as a chip, not plain text) and that their mail did not filter it to spam.
