Exporting and filing in ENISA's portal

The three files you download once review is approved, the pre-export checklist, and how to file the application yourself in ENISA's portal.

Updated on

Once review is approved, enisa.ai gives you three files — the sections in Word, the financial statements in ENISA's .xlsx template and the complete file as a PDF — and you file the application in ENISA's portal yourself. By the end you will have the files downloaded and the application filed.

The three deliverables

Export unlocks when your reviewer approves every section. From the Revisión tab:

  • Sections in Word (.docx) — one document per section, meant for copying and pasting each answer into the corresponding field of ENISA's form.
  • Financial statements (.xlsx) — your figures in ENISA's official template, formulas and protection intact, ready for the portal's Importar option.
  • Complete application (.pdf) — the whole file in one document, for your records and for sharing with partners or advisers.

Before exporting: checklist

  1. Every section approved by your reviewer.
  2. Zero blocking inconsistencies in Financieros (without this there is no export).
  3. Your company details completed in ENISA's portal: the portal keeps them on a separate screen, reached from its user menu, and will not let you submit without them.
  4. Your four-year projections worked out in the Proyecciones tab, ready to type into the portal.

Filing in the portal

  1. Log in to ENISA's client portal with your certificate or credentials and open your application.
  2. Paste the texts: open each section's Word file and copy each answer into its field. The texts already respect the 5,000-character limit.
  3. Import the Excel: use the portal's Importar estados financieros option with the exported .xlsx.
  4. Type in the projections by copying them from your Proyecciones tab (ENISA's template does not carry them).
  5. Review everything in the portal and submit the application.
  6. Return to your workspace and record the filing in the Revisión tab, with the date and reference. The status changes to Presentada (filed) and your file is documented.

You do the filing. enisa.ai sends nothing to ENISA and is not affiliated with ENISA: we prepare the files so that last step is mechanical.

Common issues

What if the download buttons are locked?

The panel tells you why: usually a section is still awaiting approval. The lock disappears when review completes.

What if the portal rejects the Excel?

Make sure you upload the exported file without opening and re-saving it with another tool — rewriting it can alter the format the portal expects. Download it again and upload it as is. If it still fails, tell your consultant in Comentarios.

What if an answer does not fit in the portal's field?

It should not happen — texts are generated and validated under the limit. If the portal complains, check it was not pasted twice, and trim from your workspace so the final version is on record.
