The enisa.ai knowledge base is your company's archive of documents and data: uploaded once, reused by every analysis and application, and what the AI cites when it drafts. By the end you will know why you only have to upload each document once and how it becomes the citations you see in your drafts.
The idea in one sentence
Everything you upload — deeds, annual accounts, decks, contracts — belongs to your company, not to one specific analysis or application. You upload it once and every later analysis and application finds it there, without re-uploading.
What it contains
- Documents: the files you upload, wherever you upload them from (the Documentos page, an analysis, or an application).
- Extracted data: when a document is processed, we propose the key facts we found in it — share capital, incorporation date, revenue — each with the exact sentence and page it comes from. You confirm or correct them before they are used. More in Reviewing extracted data.
How the AI uses it
When you press Ejecutar in an application, the AI searches your company's knowledge base and drafts only from what it finds there. That is why every answer carries citations — document, page and sentence — and why a draft is only as good as the documentation behind it. If a fact is not there, the AI asks for it instead of inventing it.
Two scopes: company and application
- Company-level: the shared material. Managed on the Documentos page and inherited by every application, where it appears with the "Heredado de la empresa" label.
- This application only: what you upload inside a specific application's Conocimiento tab is additionally linked to it and managed there.
Privacy
Your knowledge base is yours: only the people in your account (and the consultant on your applications) can access it. Files are stored encrypted, downloaded through short-lived signed links, and every file passes a security scan before becoming available.
Common issues
I uploaded a document in the analysis — do I have to upload it again in the application?
No. That is the knowledge base's central mechanism: it is already available, shown as "Heredado de la empresa".
Does the AI use documents from other companies or customers?
No. Retrieval is limited to your account and your company on every query; another customer's text cannot appear in your application.
