Payment methods

On enisa.ai you pay by card through Stripe: your card is saved on your first purchase and later purchases are a single click. By the end you will know how to add, change or remove cards whenever you want.

Card details are always entered on Stripe's own payment page: we never see or store the full card number — only the brand, the last 4 digits, and the expiry date, so you can recognise the card.

How your card gets saved

• Automatically on your first purchase. When you pay for your first analysis or application on Stripe's payment page, the card is saved. Your next purchase asks for nothing: one click.
• Or in advance. In Settings → My account → Billing → Payment methods, click Add card. We take you to a secure Stripe page, you enter the details, and you return to the application with the card saved.

Managing your cards

1. Go to Settings → My account → Billing → Payment methods.
2. You will see each card with its brand, last 4 digits, and expiry.
3. Make default: choose which card is used for one-click purchases.
4. Remove: confirm by typing the last 4 digits. You can remove even your last card — your next purchase will simply ask for card details again on Stripe's payment page.

Common issues

What if I added a card but it doesn't show up?

If you cancelled on the Stripe page, nothing was saved — the application tells you so when you return. Repeat Add card and complete the form.

What if my card has expired?

Add the new one and make it the default; then remove the old one if you like.

What if my card was stolen?

Remove it here and ask your bank to block it. Removing it does not affect past purchases or their invoices.

What if the payment failed?

It is usually a bank decline (limit reached, e-commerce disabled, pending authentication). Retry from the payment page; if it persists, try another card or write to [email protected].
