Changing your billing details

Your enisa.ai billing details — legal name, tax ID (NIF/CIF), address and billing email — are changed under Settings → My account → Billing. By the end, your next invoices will carry the correct details — what your accountant needs to book them without trouble.

Invoices are issued by Stripe, our payment provider, using the details you save here. That is why this change applies to future invoices: an invoice already issued is a closed fiscal document and cannot be modified.

Steps

1. Go to app.enisa.ai → Settings → My account → Billing (visible to the owner and admins).
2. Open the Billing details tab.
3. Fill in or correct: legal name, NIF / CIF (Spanish tax ID), billing email, address, city, and postal code.
4. Click Save details. The change is saved to your account and updated in Stripe in the same operation.

Two details that prevent headaches later:

• We validate the tax ID check digit before saving. A mistyped NIF produces an invoice your accountant rejects months later; we would rather warn you on the spot.
• The country is changed under "Account details", not here, because it also determines which tax rules apply (for example, 21% VAT in Spain).

Common issues

What if the tax ID could not be saved?

Check the control digit: it is the most common error. If you are sure the number is correct and it still fails, write to [email protected].

What does the warning "Stripe has different details" mean?

We saved your copy but the sync with Stripe did not complete, and Stripe is who prints the invoice. Click Save details again to retry.

What if I need to correct an invoice that was already issued?

Issued invoices cannot be edited. Write to [email protected] with the invoice number and the detail to correct, and we will handle it with a corrective invoice where applicable.

What if I can't see the Billing section?

Your role is member; billing belongs to the account owner and admins.
