Create your account

Creating your enisa.ai account only takes your email: you sign up at app.enisa.ai, verify the address and choose your password. By the end you will have the account created, the email verified and access to the dashboard.

Steps

1. Go to app.enisa.ai and choose "Crea tu cuenta" (create your account). We only ask for your email — you choose the password later, when you confirm it. You can also continue with Google or LinkedIn and skip the verification steps.

2. Enter your email and press "Crear cuenta". You will see the "Revisa tu correo" screen: we have sent you a verification link. It can take a minute to arrive.

3. Open the email and click the link. That confirms the address is yours and takes you to the last step.

4. Complete your account: first name, last name and a password of at least 12 characters, repeated to confirm it. There are no symbol or uppercase rules: what makes a password strong is its length. Press "Entrar en enisa.ai".

5. You are in the dashboard. The first thing you will see is the screen to create your first company.

Troubleshooting

What if the verification email does not arrive?

Wait a minute and check your spam folder. If it still does not show up, sign up again with the same email: we will send you a fresh link.

What does "Enlace no válido o caducado" (invalid or expired link) mean?

The verification link is single-use and expires. Sign up again with the same email address to receive a new one.

What does "Tu cuenta ya está configurada" (your account is already set up) mean?

You already completed this step at some point. Log in with your email and password; if you do not remember it, use the password recovery option on the login screen.
