What documents do I need?

Short answer: you can start without documents, but the analysis now begins with your files so it can save typing and retain every figure's origin. By the end you will know what to upload, what can be prefilled, and what only you can confirm.

Documents first, then confirmation

The first step lets you upload annual accounts, balance sheets, a pitch deck and other evidence. When an extracted fact has been accepted in the knowledge base, the form can propose revenue, requested amount or own funds while preserving provenance. An unconfirmed candidate fact never prefills the analysis by itself.

You review and can overwrite every proposal. If something is still missing, the analysis does not assume it: it pauses and asks you directly.

What to have at hand

• Your last year's revenue.
• The amount you want to request from ENISA.
• Your current own funds (latest balance sheet).

Documents are reused

Each company has its "Documentos" section: deeds of incorporation, annual accounts, pitch deck, financial plan… everything you upload stays with its company, and you never upload it twice.

The same documents also pay off in the full application (€100 + VAT): the AI drafts its sections from them and cites where each piece of data comes from. Uploading during the analysis avoids repeating that work later.

Accepted formats: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV, text and images, up to 25 MB per file. Voice notes are recorded from Conocimiento: you see and edit the transcript first, and only the confirmed text is saved; the raw audio is not retained.

Troubleshooting

I cannot upload a file. Check the format and the size: the limit is 25 MB per file. If it is larger, split or compress it.

I uploaded a file and the list did not grow. If you upload a file identical to one you already had, we recognise it and reuse the existing copy — the app tells you so.

Can I skip upload? Yes. Enter the figures manually; if a check needs more information, the analysis pauses and asks for it.
