What documents do I need?

For the €3 analysis, none: the form asks what is needed. Documents are for the full application, and you can upload them whenever you like.

Short answer: the enisa.ai viability analysis needs no documents at all — the form asks you for what is needed. By the end of this article you will know what the analysis will ask you, what documents are for, and when it pays to upload them.

The analysis runs on questions, not paperwork

The €3 analysis works from what you answer in the form: sector, stage, basic figures and the ENISA requirements block. These are things a founder knows by heart — the only one you might have to look up is your own funds figure, the "A-1) Fondos propios" heading of your latest balance sheet.

And if something is missing, the analysis does not assume it: it pauses and asks you directly. That is why there is nothing to prepare before you start.

What to have at hand

  • Your last year's revenue.
  • The amount you want to request from ENISA.
  • Your current own funds (latest balance sheet).

What are documents for, then?

Each company has its "Documentos" section: deeds of incorporation, annual accounts, pitch deck, financial plan… everything you upload stays with its company, and you never upload it twice.

Where they really pay off is in the full application (€100 + VAT): there the AI drafts the application's sections drawing on your documents and citing where each piece of data comes from. The more real documents it has, the better and more faithful the draft. Uploading them before you start the application saves you time later.

Accepted formats: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV, text, images and audio, up to 25 MB per file.

Troubleshooting

I cannot upload a file. Check the format and the size: the limit is 25 MB per file. If it is larger, split or compress it.

I uploaded a file and the list did not grow. If you upload a file identical to one you already had, we recognise it and reuse the existing copy — the app tells you so.

Doesn't ENISA require documentation? For the real submission, yes. That documentation is prepared during the full-application phase; the viability analysis does not need it.
