# Your first analysis in 10 minutes

> From zero to verdict: the 3-step form, the €3 payment, the pause if data is missing, and the report on screen. The whole journey, step by step.

Your first viability analysis on enisa.ai costs €3 + VAT and goes from form to report in about 10 minutes: by the end you will have an ENISA viability verdict on screen, with its estimate, the requirements checked and the next steps for your company.

You need your account created and a company set up. The form takes under 5 minutes; the analysis, a few minutes more.

## Steps

1. **Go to "Análisis"** and scroll to "Nuevo análisis" (new analysis). It is a three-step form. At the top you will see which company the analysis is for — if it is not the right one, change it in the top-bar switcher before continuing.

2. **Step 1 — the company:** sector, stage (from idea to consolidated) and years operating.

3. **Step 2 — the figures:** number of employees, last year's revenue and the amount you want to request from ENISA.

4. **Step 3 — the project and the requirements:** what you will use the loan for and a description of what your company does. Below that, the **"Requisitos ENISA"** block: a round of quick yes/no questions (Spanish trading company, SME, innovative component, annual accounts filed, tax and social security up to date, tax lease, debt refinancing, DNSH, business plan, capital increase) and your current **own funds** — the "A-1) Fondos propios" heading of your latest balance sheet. Leaving any of them blank is fine: we will ask you during the analysis, and never assume an answer.

5. **Press "Pagar 3 € y analizar"** (pay €3 and analyse). If it is your first purchase you will go to Stripe's secure checkout and your card will be saved; from then on, payment is one click.

6. **Wait a few minutes.** You will see "Confirmando el pago…" (confirming payment) and then "La IA está analizando tu proyecto" (the AI is analysing your project). The page refreshes itself; no need to reload.

7. **If "Faltan datos" (missing data) appears, answer.** The analysis has paused because some check cannot be resolved with what you gave us. You will see all pending questions together on a single screen; when you submit them, the analysis resumes from where it stopped, **at no extra cost**. It may pause a second time if your answers surface another check. There is no rush: the analysis waits for you.

8. **Read your report.** The verdict (Apto, Apto con condiciones, Todavía no apto or No apto — eligible, eligible with conditions, not eligible yet, not eligible) with its estimate out of 100, the summary, the strengths, the risks, the next steps and the **requirements checked** one by one, each with its source. At the foot of the verdict you will see the call and the version of the rules it was calculated with. From the report itself you can continue to the full application.

## Troubleshooting

### What if it stays on "Pendiente de pago" (payment pending)?

You probably closed the payment window before finishing: you have not been charged. Go back to the analyses list and try again.

### What if I double-clicked when paying?

Relax: every attempt reuses the same purchase intent, so there is only one charge.

### What if it shows "Error"?

Something failed on our side. You are not charged twice — write to us and we will sort it out.
