In enisa.ai everything happens inside a company — analyses, application and documents — and creating one is free: it only needs a name. By the end you will have your company created and ready for its first analysis.

## Why a company

Everything in enisa.ai happens inside a company: your analyses, your application and the documents you upload all hang off one. It is the unit of the file — **every analysis and every application belongs to exactly one company**, so the data of one project never mixes with another's. That is what lets an advisory firm manage several clients, or a group manage several entities, from a single account.

Creating companies is **free**: you only pay for analyses and applications.

## Steps

1. Right after completing your account you will see the **"Crea tu primera empresa"** (create your first company) screen.

2. **Type the company's name.** The trade name is enough — "Mi Startup, S.L.", or whatever you call it.

3. Press **"Crear empresa"**. Done: it takes you straight to the dashboard.

The CIF (tax ID), legal name and the rest of the corporate details are not needed yet. You can add them later — or we will extract them from your deed of incorporation when you prepare the full application. Asking you for six fields before delivering anything in return is not our style.

## The active company

The company's name appears in the top bar of the app. If your account holds several companies, that is where the switcher lives to move between them; everything you see (analyses, documents, applications) always belongs to the active company. Before starting an analysis, check you are in the right one — the form itself reminds you.

## Troubleshooting

### What if I do not see my companies when I log in?

If there is a connection problem you may see a loading error. Reload the page before creating anything: creating another company "just to try" would duplicate the one you already have.

### How many companies can I create?

As many as you need. They are free, and each keeps its analyses, applications and documents separate.

### I work at an advisory firm — can I manage the same client as another advisor?

Yes. The same legal entity can exist in two different accounts without conflict: each account only sees its own data.
