# Create your account

> Sign up at app.enisa.ai with just your email, verify it, and complete your profile with your name and a password. Three steps and you are in.

Creating your enisa.ai account only takes your email: you sign up at app.enisa.ai, verify the address and choose your password. By the end you will have the account created, the email verified and access to the dashboard.

## Steps

1. **Go to [app.enisa.ai](https://app.enisa.ai)** and choose "Crea tu cuenta" (create your account). We only ask for your email — you choose the password later, when you confirm it. You can also continue with Google or LinkedIn and skip the verification steps.

2. **Enter your email** and press "Crear cuenta". You will see the "Revisa tu correo" screen: we have sent you a verification link. It can take a minute to arrive.

3. **Open the email and click the link.** That confirms the address is yours and takes you to the last step.

4. **Complete your account:** first name, last name and a password of at least **12 characters**, repeated to confirm it. There are no symbol or uppercase rules: what makes a password strong is its length. Press "Entrar en enisa.ai".

5. You are in the dashboard. The first thing you will see is the screen to **create your first company**.

## Troubleshooting

### What if the verification email does not arrive?

Wait a minute and check your spam folder. If it still does not show up, sign up again with the same email: we will send you a fresh link.

### What does "Enlace no válido o caducado" (invalid or expired link) mean?

The verification link is single-use and expires. Sign up again with the same email address to receive a new one.

### What does "Tu cuenta ya está configurada" (your account is already set up) mean?

You already completed this step at some point. Log in with your email and password; if you do not remember it, use the password recovery option on the login screen.
