The enisa.ai viability analysis works like this: a deterministic rules engine checks the requirements ENISA publishes, the analysis pauses if data is missing, and the AI only writes the explanation — it never decides the verdict. By the end you will know exactly what happens between pressing "Pagar y analizar" (pay and analyse) and seeing your report, and what each status along the way means.

## The steps of the analysis

1. **We collect your data.** What you answered in the form: the company, the figures, the project and the ENISA requirements block. Nothing else — the analysis needs no documents.

2. **A rules engine checks the requirements.** Every requirement ENISA publishes is encoded as a rule, with its **verbatim quote from the official source**, the call it belongs to and the date it was verified. This step is deterministic: same inputs, same result, every time. No AI decides it.

3. **If a check cannot be resolved, the analysis pauses.** The status changes to **"Faltan datos"** (missing data) and you see every pending question together, on one screen — never a drip-feed interrogation. When you answer, the analysis resumes from where it stopped and the rules are recalculated with your answers. The pause does not expire and costs nothing: it can wait days for you if needed. And it can happen a second time if your answers surface another check.

4. **The AI writes the explanation.** With the outcome already decided by the rules, the AI writes the summary, the strengths, the risks and the next steps. **The AI never decides the verdict or the estimate** — it only explains, with your data, a result that is already calculated.

5. **The report appears on screen.** Usually within minutes. The page refreshes itself in the meantime.

## What does each status mean?

- **Pendiente de pago** (payment pending) — the payment never completed. You have not been charged.
- **Analizando…** (analysing) — the analysis is running.
- **Faltan datos** (missing data) — it is paused, waiting on you. Answer the questions to resume it.
- **Completado** (completed) — the report is ready and stays in your list forever.
- **Error** — something failed on our side. You are not charged twice.

## Troubleshooting

### What if it has been on "Analizando…" for a while?

Minutes is normal. The page refreshes itself; if it drags on much longer, write to us.

### What if I answered the questions and it asks me more?

That is normal: your answers can activate a check that did not apply before. It is still the same analysis and costs nothing more.

### What if it shows "Error"?

A failed analysis never generates a second charge. Write to us and we will sort it out.
