An enisa.ai account has three roles — owner, admin and member — and you can invite your team by email; an external advisor or your accountancy firm can be given access to a single application without opening up your whole account. By the end everyone will have the right role.

## Account roles

- **Owner**: there is exactly one. The owner controls billing and is the only person who can delete the account. Ownership can be transferred from **Settings → My account → Users**; it is an explicit action with a double confirmation, and both people are notified by email.
- **Admin**: can do everything except delete the account — manage users, billing, account details.
- **Member**: works normally in the companies they are added to. Members do not see account settings: the "My account" section does not even appear in their menu, and the API refuses it even if they know the URL.

Within each company, access is refined with per-company roles (manage, edit, or read-only), so a member can edit in one company and only view another.

## Inviting someone

1. Go to **app.enisa.ai → Settings → My account → Users**.
2. Under **Invite someone**, enter their email and choose the role (**admin** or **member**).
3. Click **Invite**. The person receives an email with a link valid for **7 days**.
4. Once they accept, they appear in the **People** list. Until then you will see them under **Pending invitations**, where you can **resend** the email or **revoke** the invitation.

If the email already has a user on enisa.ai, the invitation does not create a new account: it adds your account to theirs, and they can switch between accounts from the user menu ([how account switching works](/cuenta-y-facturacion/cambiar-de-cuenta)).

## Removing someone

In the **People** list, click the remove button next to their name. They lose access to the account and all its companies **immediately**: their open sessions in this account stop working at once. Their personal enisa.ai user is not deleted; they only lose access to your account.

## External advisors: access to a single application

You do not need to invite your accountant or advisor into the whole account. A specific application can be shared with an external person at one of two levels:

- **Collaborator**: can read, edit answers, comment, and work on that application.
- **View only**: can see the application and nothing else.

The external person sees only that application in their list — not your companies, your documents, or the rest of your account. When you revoke their access, the application ceases to exist for them instantly.

## Common issues

### What if the invitation has expired?

Links are valid for 7 days. Resend it from **Pending invitations**; the new link invalidates the old one.

### What if I already have an account under a different email?

The invitation is tied to the exact email it was sent to. Ask to be invited at the email you want to work with.

### What if I'm a member and can't see Billing or Users?

That is expected: those sections belong to the owner and admins. Ask an admin for a role change if you need it.

### What if I removed someone and they say they still have access?

Check again: revocation closes their sessions for this account immediately. If they can see something, they are looking at another account of their own, not yours.
